It's silly to put a review on genuine human kindness, but they get 5 stars, I went to them today, from the start, it's extremely clean, the lady in the front was really nice, they have free coffee/tea and little snacks that were of high quality. The Doctor actually sat in the waiting area and I was rather sure he was a patient but then he came into my exam room, and his demeanor is professional but casual, it's comforting. They were rather sympathetic to my issues, and they helped me out in a huge manner. He explained everything very concisely. I should say my appointment was for 12:15, I got there at around 12, I was in the room at about 12:16 maybe, I was outside by 12:23. Even if mine was somewhat minor, that's still a marvel.
